Daily Show and Teachers

If you are a teacher and not a fan of the Daily Show, you may have missed these comedic views of the political pundits who were vilifying teachers and trivializing our profession.  Such rhetoric was a regular part of the commentary on Fox as anti-teacher bills were going through legislation in Wisconsin and elsewhere about the same time SB 5 was introduced in Ohio.

The ironic comedy of the Daily Show exposed the absurdity of these views, something that was lacking in  many straight news programs --and was also good for teacher moral.
